PEGA merupakan software yang digunakan oleh PT. Asuransi Sinar Mas untuk mendukung pelayanan dan produktivitas, kegunaan dari antara lain absensi karyawan, mengecek produktifitas menginput polis asuransi, melihat data polis. sangat berpengaruh menunjang proses bisnis berperan sebagai perusahaan memberikan Jasa Asuransi. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya tentu banyak sekali kemungkinan risiko dapat mengancam kelancaran itu sendiri, maka perlu adanya analisa manajemen agar akan terjadi diminimalisir atau ditiadakan, mencapai tujuannya dengan baik. menganalisis ada pedoman ISO 31000. Tahapan dilakukan yaitu Risk Assasement Treatment. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat menjadi saran bagi meminimalisir meniadakan menghambat Mas.
